The essence of North Northumberland. Lying in the valley of the River Till, the communities of Ford, Etal, Branxton, Milfield and Crookham have so much to offer.

Situated on the valley of the River Till (the only English tributary of the Tweed) and centered around the villages of Ford & Etal. The estates cover 6,000 hectares (15,000 acres) of productive agricultural lands. On this around 650 hectares (1,600 acres) is given over to commercial forestry and amenity woodland
