One of the last Edwardian country houses to be built in Yorkshire prior to the Great War, Sion Hill sits in open countryside, surrounded by charming gardens and parkland. The house is of outstanding architectural merit, having been designed in 1913 by the renowned architect Walter H. Brierley of York, who was known as 'the Lutyens of the North'.
