Combining four individual cottages dating back to the 13th Century with a generous sprinkling of 21st Century technology and innovation, French oak beams and exquisite, polished English oak floors, The Church House is something of a one-off. This unique, boutique bed and breakfast home oozes luxury, imagination, creativity and comfort. There is nothing quite like it, set, as it is, in the very centre of the enchanting West Sussex town of Midhurst in the middle of the South Downs National Park.
Spanish-born Fina has been in the luxury hospitality business all her working life. When she hung up her apron and chef's hat and closed the door on Gaudis, her fabulously successful restaurant on Church Hill in Midhurst, she set about creating a home more spectacular than her wildest imaginings. The Church House is the culmination of that project. Fina hopes her guests will enjoy the sheer unabashed luxury and joy of her lifetime's creation.

The Church House offers a unique bed and breakfast experience. The clever combination of four original cottages (dating back to the 13th Century) with a 21st Century 'infill' has created a wonderful home full of interesting period features, offset by fabulous polished oak floors and dramatic French oak pillars.
Inhouse cuisine: Breakfast is entirely at the guests’ discretion – full English breakfast with locally sourced bacon and sausages, organic eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms, porridge, a choice of cereals, organic natural yoghurt, homemade jams and marmalades, fresh fruit and fruit juice, toast. With her successful restaurant career now behind her, Fina will also delight with a daily 'special' for breakfast.
As a former restaurateur, Fina will be delighted to offer dinner to a party of six or more guests.
Eating out: There is a small choice of restaurants and wine bars in Midhurst. Fina will provide guests with her recommended list of places to eat both in Midhurst and the surrounding countryside.
